Pet Care Start-Up Guide
We would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service in the pet care industry. Your dog’s welfare is our primary concern. The policies set forth below are to ensure your dog’s safety from the time they leave you until the time they are returned to you.
We must meet with you and your dog prior to their stay for a "Meet & Greet" evaluation interview to get to know them and the services your dog requires, as well as a temperament test. Our goal is to duplicate your routine at home. We will review your dog’s feeding instructions, medications, and any special needs they have. Finally, after reviewing and signing necessary paperwork, we will set up appointments for drop off/pick up, and payment details.
All guests must be in good health and must not have had, or been exposed to, any contagious or communicable illnesses within a 30-day period prior to check-in. Dogs showing signs of vomiting, coughing, gagging, sneezing, or diarrhea will not be admitted.
Proof of current vaccine records are needed.
Our FAX number: 888-375-4991
Copies of pet's vaccination records are a must.

Feeding & Medications
We are happy to feed your pup and follow your directions to the letter, but please remember changing diets can cause digestive issues.
So pack up your own pet food, all medications, or anything that you feel would make your little one's stay more comfortable. We do not charge more for raw feedings or for chicken and rice.
We offer a lot of one-on-one care, so we do not feel the need to offer treats throughout the day, if you would like to add a good night treat, feel free.
Our preferred dog food is Nature's Select, a natural premium US pet food. We proudly feed it to our own dogs. So if you forget or run low, we have quality holistic formulas with enhanced nutrition to meet every dog’s needs.
We do a flea/tick check – all dogs need to be on an anti-flea & tick medication. Preventative measures will keep your pups flea free.
Let us take care of that for you with an application, the most trusted and effective way to keep the pests away.
Single dosage application $25.
Or we can take your pup to the vet's to get a prescription for flea medication, or give them a flea bath with your okay.
